Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) Heaters
The first step in the refining process is the separation of crude oil into various fractions. A Crude Charge Heater is required to increase the crude oil temperature, to the range of 340C to 370C. Due to the large duty, environmental equipment such as SCR and E?P may be required. Bedrock International can provide CDU heaters, as well as participate in revamping work to increase fuel efficiency by modifying the air preheater system (APH, Fans, Ducts) or replacing heater coils.
